Tefillah (Prayer)

Shabbat Mishpocha (Family Service)

Every First Saturday of the Month
10:30-11:30 am at Calvary 

Kol Tzedek’s Mishpocha (Family) service is an opportunity to children and adults to pray together in community. The service is structured like a traditional Saturday morning service and includes a reading from the weekly torah portion, an interactive story, and lots of singing! This service is open to everyone and is especially suited for families with children between the ages of 2 and 6. 

Kabbalat Shabbat Services

Every Second Friday of the Month
6:30-8:00 pm at Calvary

Join us for our participatory, traditional, and meaningful Shabbat evening services. A light oneg will follow.

Kol Tzedek's Shabbat for Everyone! Shabbat Services, Pre-School & Torah School Shabbat School

Every Third Saturday, Calvary Center

Shabbat Morning Services happen at 10:00am every month, while Pre-School and Shabbat School happen occur during the academic year.

10:00am Main Service Begins

10:00am Shabbat School Begins (for children ages 5 and above)

10:30am NEW Shabbat "Gan"/Pre-School program in the Calvary Pre-school room 

12:00pm (approx) Community Kiddush and Vegetarian Potluck

Shabbat for Everyone! aims to integrate our engage our families with a meaningful experience of Shabbat and to create a holistic communal Shabbat community at Kol Tzedek.  There is something for everyone!

At 10:00am our monthly Saturday morning begins, filled with singing, ruach (spirit), and reflection.  At 10:00am the torah school will begin and at 10:30am the new Shabbat Mechinah/Pre-School program will begin.  All children will join the main sanctuary service for the parade with the torah.  Following they will have their own tefillah (prayer) and program.  

The entire community will join together for final prayers, kiddush, motzei and our usual pot-luck Kiddush lunch around 12pm.  Please bring as you are able a vegetarian dish to share and your own plates/cutlery to lower our carbon imprint.
