Shabbat

Kol Tzedek Shabbat services combine traditional liturgy with participatory singing, poetry, silence, and Torah in a warm and welcoming space. Come as you are, and share the sweetness of Shabbat.
Shabbat is a time to exhale, arrive, be, sing, and pray in community. Some people come for the schmooze. Some come for the food. Some come to sing. Some come to remember loved ones who have died. Some come to experience joy. Some come for a deep cry. For some, the melodies and prayers are familiar. For many, they are new. Whether this is your first time celebrating Shabbat or you are a regular, you are welcome just as you are. Join us!
We gather every Saturday morning at 9:30am followed by a communal lunch at noon.
1st and 3rd Fridays at 6:30pm followed by a light oneg and tisch.
Every Thursday morning at 7:30-8:15am followed by a bagel breakfast. Our weekly morning minyan services are lay-led, engaging the traditional shacharit liturgy, with ample room for innovation and complementary contemplative practices. Please email minyan@kol-tzedek.org if you would like to attend or lead.
If you would like to sponsor an oneg for any of our services, click here.
